Please Add My Brother to your Prayer
Prayer Request
Our family is asking for prayer.
We’ve just learned that my brother has cancer. In the coming weeks, he will be facing surgery to remove one of his kidneys. As we process this news, there are concerns about whether the cancer has spread, including a lump that has been found on his spine.
We are praying for mercy and clarity — that the cancer has not spread anywhere else, that the surgery is successful, and that his body responds well to treatment. We are asking God for wisdom for his doctors, peace for his heart, and strength for our entire family as we walk through this together.
If you would be willing, please lift him up in prayer — for healing where healing is possible, protection where there is fear, and God’s presence to be felt clearly in every step ahead.

Prayer
Father God,We bring my brother before You, knowing that nothing about his condition is hidden from Your sight. You see his body, the illness, the upcoming surgery, and the unknowns that weigh heavily on all of us.
Lord, we ask for Your mercy. We pray that this cancer has not spread, that every test would bring clarity, and that the surgery ahead would be successful and uncomplicated. Guide the hands and minds of his medical team, and grant wisdom in every decision that must be made.
Surround him with Your peace where fear tries to settle. Strengthen his body, steady his heart, and remind him that he is not walking this road alone. Be close to our family as we wait, hope, and trust You with what we cannot control.
We place him in Your care, believing that You are present in every moment — before, during, and after this surgery.
