I’m caught in the Wondering. Where is he? Is he safe? Is he even okay? And then the questions start looping—louder, faster: What do I do? What should I do? What shouldn’t I do? How do I help him… without losing myself in the process? I don’t have a polished testimony for you tonight. I’m not writing from victory. I’m not writing from the “other side.”

I never imagined watching my life fall apart could feel so raw… so immediate. There I was in Seattle, caught in the middle of a divorce that didn’t just end—it stretched into a decade-long battle. My ex-husband and his girlfriend were earning nearly $300k a year combined.

This movement is not about filling positions or ticking boxes. It is about weaving together a living, breathing ecosystem that helps survivors move from hidden pain to genuine healing and empowerment.

Healing is often seen as a spiritual journey, but it is much more than that. God created your body, brain, and spirit to work together as one whole system. Every part of you responds deeply to truth. When trauma stays silent, your body does not forget. It remains in a state of constant alert, as if danger is still present. This silence lives not only in your mind but also in your nervous system.

They say blood is thicker than water. But what happens when the people who are supposed to protect you… don’t? What happens when they see it… know it… and still choose silence? This is what my new song, "You Knew," is about. It’s not just about abuse or estrangement. It’s about the deeper, quieter wound: Being known… and still not chosen.

You’ve been hurt—now what? Take the first stitch. Find your voice, speak out safely, and begin taking real steps toward healing and freedom. You are not alone—there is support, there is hope, and there is a way forward. END silence.

Silence can feel heavy. It is not the calm, peaceful kind of quiet that soothes the mind. In many traditions, especially in the Bible, the number seven symbolizes completion and fullness. From the seventh day of creation to the recurring patterns of sevens throughout the Word, it marks something finished, whole, and blessed. This idea of completion is not just a spiritual concept but a reminder that what is started will be brought to fullness.
